How We Protect Your Account Under These Terms

Our terms commit us to keeping your account secure and your data handled correctly. We store withdrawal verification records separately from your game history, encrypt all payment details during DANA, OVO, GoPay…

Data Encryption

Every deposit and withdrawal involving DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS is encrypted end-to-end. Your account password is hashed and never stored in plain text, keeping withdrawal requests safe.

Identity Verification

Before your first withdrawal, we verify your registered name, date of birth and payment method against official records. This takes 2–4 hours and happens once per account, protecting both you and the platform.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Terms

Yes. During sign-up, you'll tick a box confirming you've read and agree to these terms. This is binding once you confirm. You can read the full policy before you register, and support can walk you through any section that isn't clear.

If you use multiple accounts, attempt fraud, or manipulate game outcomes, we'll lock your account and may forfeit your balance. We'll email you explaining the breach. You have 7 days to respond and contest the action through our dispute system.

Your registered name cannot be changed after account creation to prevent fraud. Your payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS or bank account) can be updated in Settings > Payment once per 30 days for security reasons.

We retain your account history and transaction records for 36 months after closure for regulatory purposes. Personal data such as your address and payment details are deleted within 30 days unless a dispute is ongoing.

You have the right to request a full data export. Go to Settings > Account Info > Download My Data, or email [email protected]. We'll send a complete record of your transactions, logins and balance history within 14 days.

Access depends on local law in your region. These terms are written for Indonesia players; if you're outside Indonesia, your account may be restricted. Contact support to confirm where you can play.

We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change to these terms. You can review the update in Settings > Policy. If you don't accept the new terms, you can close your account without penalty.
